Meet Brandon:
Brandon Strong was born and raised in Waldron in rural Hillsdale County, Michigan. He has been married to his wife, Samantha, for more than 20 years and is the father of five children, with their second graduating high school this spring. A longtime school leader at Barry County Christian Schools, Brandon previously served as a high school principal in North Dakota, a special education teacher in Gillette, Wyoming, and a college instructor and head baseball coach. Throughout his life, Brandon has enjoyed the outdoors, from hunting, fishing, to operating a small hobby farm.
In Barry County, he was the Board Chairman for the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Alliance, has strongly supported workforce development efforts, and has served in multiple church board roles. He currently serves as an elected precinct delegate on the Barry County Republican Party’s Executive Committee. Brandon is known for work ethic, accountability, and solutions-focused leadership style.
